This letter is in consideration of providing cash in advance. You agree to the terms and conditions for the cash advance agreement attached here. You are under an obligation to fully reimburse the total cash advancement so offered within [number] days in installments.

Installments shall be effective from [date]. By signing the agreement, you indicate your complete acceptance in terms of the agreement and also indicate that you obligate yourself.

Your obligations stay binding on the agreement and we request a signed copy for our records.

Finally, the signed agreement shall authorize deductions of any amounts from any funds that were due from your end in regards to previous cash advances taken.
